Terms of Use

Welcome to Together. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Together website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Together is a platform that helps people turn ideas into collaborative projects: forming teams, tracking goals, tasks, polls, events, schedules, and communicating through a project feed and chat. Some features let project owners accept voluntary financial support from supporters.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Content Standards — Prohibited Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or share on the Service, including in project feeds, posts, chat messages, documents, and images ("User Content"). By using the Service, you agree that you will not post, upload, or share User Content that:

• Depicts or promotes violence, including graphic violence, gore, or content that threatens, incites, glorifies, or promotes violence against people or animals;
• Contains sexual content, including pornography, sexually explicit images or descriptions, or sexual content involving minors in any form;
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or discriminates against any person or group;
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Contains malware or is intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system; or
• Is spam or unauthorized advertising unrelated to a project's stated purpose.

4. Moderation

Together may review, screen, filter, or remove User Content at any time, using a combination of automated tools and human review, to enforce these Terms. Automated screening may flag content for removal or for manual review before or after it becomes visible to others; it is not a guarantee that all violating content will be caught, nor that flagged content necessarily violates these Terms. You can report content that you believe violates these Terms by contacting us (see Section 10).

5. Your Content, Our License

You retain ownership of the User Content you post. By posting User Content, you grant Together a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your project's team.

6. Support Contributions and Premium

Any financial support offered to a project through the Service is voluntary and directed to the project's owner, not to Together. Together does not process or hold these funds. Premium account upgrades are reviewed and approved manually and may be denied at Together's discretion. Contributions and upgrade fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Together may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms, including the content standards in Section 3.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Together is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from User Content posted by others.

9. Changes to These Terms

Together may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
